The Mexico Business Intelligence Service is a means to deliver market intelligence to business clients in Alberta. IME helped Alberta Economic Development form a product team to manage the development of this information service. IME, as "product coach," assisted the team with the development of a comprehensive product plan that includes content management, a marketing plan and a product evaluation plan.
