what technologies are being used within your organization and examines how people work
with information, particularly within work units. The issues we explore include:
- information hoarding versus sharing;
- the sources and causes of information overload;
- difficulties in finding information; and
- identifying versions, sources and other meta-data for documents.

and processes are validated or tested with a sample of users. Once the best solution
