Canada Customs and Revenue Agency
Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) administers the customs and taxation
branches of the Canadian government. With approximately 40,000 employees, they deal
every year with over 8,000,000 tax-paying Canadians. CCRA has a long-standing
commitment to develop clear external communications. As part of that commitment,
CCRA has contracted IME to provide plain language training. We have provided training
to all levels of the department, enabling them to develop in-house expertise in
writing, revising and testing documents and forms.
